Ordered flooring,"Series Woods Profrssional 10mm Laminate Flooring, Harbour Grey Oak,"delivery no problem, my fitter laid floor, wiped floor with a damp mop to get stour off, 8inch circles appeared on entire floor not just patches of floor
called company submitted photos on same day, was promised call back when agent spoke to manager, no call back came called 3 times and still was told manager would call back so after another 2 phone calls eventually they admitted it was a manufacturing fault, and would replace the floor but I would have to pay my fitter to lift flooring and pack it up they would uplift and then deliver new flooring, then I'd
have to pay fitter again to lay new flooring me and my husband are 70yrs of age and on state pension only no way could we afford that, after paying to get floor laid in first place, so I am left with a floor that I can't clean not even with a damp cloth,my advise to everybody is stay clear of UK FLOORING DIRECT, customer service is Appalling.

Fantastic service. Very helpful in calculating how much we needed, the cost and even called us back to check that we were happy with our decision and delivery date.

Boards are excellent quality and easy to fit. Delivery was also very timely and professional

Absolutely shocking customer service ! Waste of time and they dont have a clue whats going on!
We have ordered from this company a few times as the prices are quite competitive. However they have put orders back for several weeks with no explanation, arranged delivery for today which was 3 weeks after it should have arrived. We waited in all day, lost a days income..... didnt turn up. Called to find out the situation and was told that the M25 was closed. This was at 2.30pm today. Delivery window was from 9.45am..... but nobody bothered to communicate this. If you call their customer services, you wait for ages then finally get through to someone who can't give you an answer. They have no updates, and leave customers just waiting with no idea whats happening. Terrible way to run a business. We were going to be placing more orders with them but now we will go elsewhere - its just not worth the hassle and there are other companies selling for the same price. Waste of time and money!

Good service and excellent product

Product is excellent, however customer service is terrible. Do not reply to emails or call back when they say they will.

Getting up to 3 x free sample pieces of LVT laminate was a real bonus and allowed me to assess how robust/dog friendly/hard wearing the product would be. I used a scribe to try to scratch the surface of the LVT but could hardly make any mark. In comparison to the ones I ripped up the old B&Q laminate was like cardboard. Great price, great service and really prompt delivery.

First order ok. Second order, problems with click & connect laminate - poor quality finish on joins meant laminate would not readily fit together. Beading order delivered with a mixture of profiles so joints would not match, also 'tube' was bent on arrival and subsequently several pieces were broken. Will not order again after spending nearly £1000.

Great floor, friendly delivery man, and got my floor within a few days of ordering, so can't fault the service. For best results you should get a professional to install the floor, mine wasn't in multiple sized, planks, which makes it stronger, but may be difficult for a Diyer.

BAD EXPERIENCE AGAIN... ALWAYS HAPPENING WITH ME. IM A TRADER WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY FOR YEARS AND JUST NEED TO START ONE of my works TOMORROW AND AGAIN I DON'T HAVE MY FLOOR IN PLACE. ALL THEY SAY IS: WILL GET IN TOUCH,BLA BLA BLA,THATS NOT WHAT I WANT! WHAT I WANT IS MY FLOOR IN PLACE WHICH IS IMPOSSIBLE OR COMPENSATION PLEASE! I STAY TOMORROW HOME AGAIN AND NO ONE IS PAYING ME FOR STAYING HOME.
